Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in northeast PA, licensed in PA and CT with over 25 years experience. I earned my BA from Swarthmore College, my MA from Columbia University and completed a post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry at Yale University Psychiatric Institute. I help clients experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, and alcohol use disorders. I have a deep understanding of these issues and the best therapeutic approaches to address them.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with my clients and measuring progress together utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities as needed to support my clients in their journey toward healing. These evidence-based practices are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the most effective care possible.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to creating a supportive and collaborative environment. I believe in the importance of empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment. My goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting positive change - whether you are dealing with specific mental health concerns or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, I am here to provide the guidance and support you need.
