Great to meet you!

I am dual board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC). I have practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2017 and have specialized in psychiatric care since 2023.

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My clinical experience includes treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.

I believe quality psychiatric care begins with listening, understanding each person's concerns, and developing an individualized treatment plan that reflects their needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe patients should actively participate in their treatment decisions.

I use evidence-based psychiatric medication management while recognizing that every patient responds differently to treatment. I take time to explain medication options, potential benefits, side effects, and alternatives so patients can make informed decisions about their care.

My goal is to work together to develop a realistic, personalized treatment plan that improves symptoms, supports daily functioning, and enhances overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will discuss your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, previous treatments, medications, and any concerns or goals you have.

I will ask questions to better understand how your symptoms affect your daily life, relationships, work, or school. We will review potential diagnoses and discuss treatment options, including whether medication may be appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, informed, and involved in developing a treatment plan that works for you.
