Great to meet you!

I have 20 years of experience in the Social/Human Services field within Non-profit, Hospital, and Agency settings, working with Adolescents, Adults, Couples, and Families. During that time, I have served as a Client Advocate, Foster Parent and CASA worker, in which the work led me to pursue getting my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2019. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to share it in. I’ll be there to listen to you, encourage, support and challenge you along the way. I'm very passionate about empowering and advocating the clients that I work with. I view therapy through an attachment and trauma-informed lens.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a warm, authentic, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable in sharing. For our first session, we'll have time for you to share your story of what brings you to counseling and take time to discuss treatment plan goals.
