Great to meet you!

My name is Megan, and I am a clinical therapist. I use a strength- based approach and CBT within practice. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental and comforting environment that people look forward to being in. My expertise is in life transitions, substance use, mental health (wide range), relationships, conflict resolution, and crisis; ranging in ages from pre-teenage years through late adulthood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is an extremely personalized one. Each client has different needs, varies reasons for seeking therapy, and different goals for the future. I personalize sessions and the course of treatment based on your individual "finger print". In addition, I like to create an inviting emotional space, so clients feel comfortable sharing and feel open to the process.

What you can expect from me

I always meet a client where they are at, and then build from that starting point. My goal for a client after meeting with me is to feel comfortable, capable and excited for what our work together holds. A client can expect to feel heard and validated in their experiences and feelings.
