Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stressed, emotionally exhausted, or like life has just felt harder lately? I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, feel truly heard, and gain tools to move through life with more confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs while using evidence-based tools to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and support meaningful, lasting change in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll talk through your current challenges, begin identifying goals, and work at a pace that feels comfortable so you can start feeling understood, supported, and more at ease.
