Great to meet you!

I'm originally from the midwest and have lived in the PNW for a little under a decade. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Oklahoma State University and have spent approximately 25 years providing clinical care to youth and adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and tribal health.

My approach to therapy

I use empirically based treatment approaches to support individuals in building resilience, confidence, and overall well-being. My work has strengthened my belief in the deep connection between mind and body, and I am passionate about creating a welcoming, non judgmental, inclusive space where others can find balance, joy, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, clients can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where they can clarify their personal goals and work toward meaningful change. I help individuals align their actions with their core values, fostering personal growth and a greater sense of fulfillment in their lives.
