A bit about my approach to therapy

Meganʼs goal for every client is to lead them into a fuller and happier life. She works with her clients to work through past and current struggles and build the necessary tools to overcome life’s struggles. In addition to life stage transitions, family issues, and more, Megan is trained and experienced in trauma therapy including EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

Megan wants clients to leave feeling understood and have a knowledge of what they are experiencing, as well as being able to connect to those around them. Megan loves giving homework to help clients reinforce the skills learned in session.
