Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years in the field- primarily working in hospitals and medical clinics. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Washington. My approach is warm, supportive, and strengths-based, and I believe each person brings unique experiences and abilities to the therapy process. I have extensive experience supporting people affected by cancer, including those navigating diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, recurrence, caregiving, grief, and loss. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work through life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, even during difficult times. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness and somatic techniques, to help clients manage difficult thoughts and emotions, feel more grounded in the present moment, and reconnect with their bodies. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. Currently, I am completing certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Grief Counseling to enhance my ability to support individuals experiencing trauma, grief, and loss.

What you can expect from me

I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering consistent support as you navigate challenges and work toward your goals. Building a strong, trusting relationship is important to me because healing and growth happen through genuine connection. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop coping tools, and create meaningful change in a way that feels sustainable and authentic to you.
