Great to meet you!

I believe every person can grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself while working toward the life you want. Therapy is collaborative: you are the expert on your life, and together we’ll uncover the strengths, insights, and possibilities that can help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, supportive reflection, and a little humor. I’ll meet you with compassion while offering honest conversations and gentle accountability when helpful. My experience includes individual and group therapy in community mental health and correctional settings, supporting people through substance use, trauma, anxiety, and major life challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation to get to know each other. I’ll learn about your story, what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengths, and areas to explore. You can expect empathy, thoughtful reflection, appropriate humor, and honest feedback, with the goal of feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about our work.
