Great to meet you!

Navigating through this life can be a whirlwind of emotion! As someone who went through my own mental health and recovery journey, I know how important it can be to have the right support in place to help you navigate through life's rollercoaster. I am a mother and stepmother with a beautiful blended family. I love working with others, but also enjoy my "me time". When I'm not at work, you can find me hanging out with family or enjoying solice time with my horses.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of my education, life experience, training and expertise to help clients meet their therapy goals. My job is to walk alongside you to help you heal, discovery, grow, and thrive.

Note: only accepting new individual clients at this time; no couples

What you can expect from me
