Great to meet you!

I am real-- I may or may not cuss... I value authenticity and model that openly in session. I’ll be direct when needed, but always with compassion, respect, and a focus on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I’m an eclectic therapist who operates from a person centered approach with a DBT/CPT base who offers a nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, regulate emotions, learn skills, process trauma and build a life worth living. As someone in long-term recovery myself, I’m passionate about healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll complete a biopsychosocial assessment, explore your current challenges, and discuss the goals you’d like to work toward. I also want you to have space to ask questions and see if your feel like I'm the right fit for you.
