Substance Use / Addiction

Great to meet you!

I have specialized training working with those who are sober-curious, struggling with substances, in active addiction, family members of someone struggling in addiction, newly sober living, and long-term recovery. We will explore your goals and challenge your thoughts, while also using humor and meditation practices throughout our time together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through a collaborative approach, I strive to help clients transition through many seasons of life - whether its feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, becoming a new parent, feeling unmotivated and bored with the status quo, dealing with negative consequences, struggling with past trauma, or simply looking to be a better version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that curiosity and compassion have the power to change our world, and you’ll see that integrated in my style of therapy. We will spend time learning, regulating, and connecting our emotions to FEEL. DEAL. and HEAL. My mission is to provide clients with a space that you can feel safe to discover your authentic self, and ignite your inner warrior to evolve into the best version of yourself.
