Great to meet you!

Millennials are rewriting the rules—and therapy can help you do it with intention. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and young adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the pressure to ‘figure it all out.’ My clients often face stress, anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationships struggles or self-esteem challenges. I also provide suicide prevention and intervention training to clinical and non-clinical audiences, equipping them to recognize risk and respond with trauma-informed care. I also work with individuals to build effective coping strategies and skills, particularly for those with ADHD, to foster greater focus, self-regulation, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person has unique strengths and inner resources that can be harnessed to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. My role as a therapist is to guide and support you in tapping into these strengths while providing a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and healing. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, and work toward lasting, positive change. My approach is collaborative, and I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

If you’re seeking a therapist who will listen, understand, and walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, I’d be honored to help you on your journey toward healing and empowerment. Please reach out to learn more or schedule an appointment.
