Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Megan and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been practicing since 2013. I originally come from Buffalo, New York where I earned my MSW from the University at Buffalo. Whether you're an adult, teenager, or couple, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I have experience helping clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma, confidence and self-esteem, parenting concerns, women’s issues, grief and loss, body image, and relationship challenges—including infidelity and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in both EMDR and Restoration Therapy, approaches that can help reduce the impact of stress and trauma while supporting healthier patterns of thinking and feeling. Together, we can identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen boundaries, build healthier relationships, and develop the tools you need to live a more fulfilling and connected life.

What you can expect from me

My first goal is always to meet clients where they are first. Then, I love building rapport to make clients feel safe and secure so we can really dive into problems that have presented in their lives. I do my best to keep the environment warm and structured with a little bit of humor for good measure.
