Great to meet you!

I am a dual Board Certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with fifteen years of experience treating adults and adolescents. I provide medication management for ages 13-55 for the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. I am particularly interested in working with adolescents, young adults & new parents. I also have a medical background in women's health and use that information in assessing and treating women across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

I consider medication to be a valuable tool in helping clients to lead a calmer, happier and more productive life. I also believe that medication is only part of the solution, and will include a holistic assessment of your lifestyle, behavior and thought patterns, and coping mechanisms in our discussions. I do this to best understand how to help you achieve your goals. I will offer suggestions for outside counseling, other resources and treatments which may benefit you.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with clients, and believe you are the expert in your life and your goals. I offer my expertise in medication and psychiatry in order to help you achieve those goals and function as your best self. I will support and empower you to make positive changes.

I offer a free 15 minute consult through Headway to discuss my practice, process and answer any questions you might have. As this is time I set aside to see you, if the consult is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, I do not offer a reschedule of the free consultation, though you are still welcome to schedule a full intake appointment.
