Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Megan Cebe. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience in the field of social work, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from University of South Alabama and my Master of Social Work from Troy University. Mind - Body - Spirit: My eclectic style is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered. With my background in medical social work, trauma informed care, and lifestyle coaching, we will take a holistic approach to help you build resilience, strengthen your coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth!

My approach to therapy

We will meet on common ground. What works for you may be different from what works for others- so, we will find meaningful ways to make real change in your life.

My goal is to help you identify target areas and challenges in your life, set goals and make plans to attain them, and help you build personal skills to improve your quality of life now and in the future.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, we will get to know one another and identify target areas you would like to work on. If you are ambivalent about therapy- let's talk about it! We can lay out a plan tailored to where you are in your life.

Life-changing growth requires commitment and honest self-work, but becoming who you were meant to be is worth it.
