Great to meet you!

I provide teletherapy for adults navigating emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief/loss, and other stressors. I have over 6 years of clinical experience and strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and free from judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client's needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting to help clients develop healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable foundation for therapy. We’ll talk about what brings you to counseling, explore any current challenges, and discuss what you hope to gain from the process. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, respected, and affirmed.
