Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Megan Chapman. I’m passionate about helping midlife women who are in a season of reflection, adjustment, and personal growth as they move through perimenopause, menopause, career shifts, and family transitions. I’m a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, Women's Mental Health Specialist, and a Menopause Coaching Specialist. Although my background includes couples counseling, relationship work, and infertility support, I currently focus on women ages 35–60. Don't worry, guys, I can help you understand what your partner is going through, too.

My approach to therapy

With specialized training in Menopause Coaching and Mental Health & Nutrition, I use a holistic, whole-person approach that recognizes you as more than a diagnosis. I provide psychoeducation about perimenopause and menopause, including the many ways these transitions can impact women’s physical and emotional well-being. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that can help manage symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia. I may also share podcasts, book recommendations, or practical worksheets tailored to your goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

I give my clients space to talk about whatever feels most distressing or meaningful to them. I don’t come in with a preset agenda. Instead, I guide the conversation with thoughtful questions that help them explore patterns and make meaningful connections in their lives.
