Great to meet you!

I offer Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy to individuals seeking a deeper understanding of self. I help people build skills to overcome anxiety, depression and emotional overwhelm. I offer training in mindfulness, which emphasizes the importance of presence and curiosity in the healing process.

I have deep empathy and insight into exploring life’s deepest questions. Clients gain confidence and a sense of improved well-being by coming to understand themselves in a comfortable therapeutic setting. I work with diverse populations and clients beginning at young adulthood.

My approach to therapy

I support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief with compassion and skill. I work with adults at all stages of life, with particular experience helping those who have difficulty with self forgiveness, are struggling with substance use, or who are experiencing imbalances in their relationships. I welcome those who are interested in exploring questions of meaning, purpose and spirituality.

What you can expect from me

I have a client centered and strength based approach that is progressive and collaborative. I create a space where clients can feel safe and empowered to open up and explore their deepest needs. In our initial session we will explore your history, current symptoms and goals for therapy. Together we will build a treatment plan that meets your personal needs geared toward your overall wellbeing.
