I received my BS in Psychology and my MS in Clinical Counseling Psychology. I have a passion for helping people gain skills to endure, overcome, ant thrive. I fell in love with all things psychology at a young age and have gained a great many life experiences that have taught me a deep level of empathy and understanding.
I utilize the ACT method (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I use a person-centered, attachment, trauma-informed, collaborative style of therapy. The purpose is to develop psychological flexibility, regain a healthy quality of life, and feel an empowered sense of autonomy. Life hardships naturally cause us to check out of life and I am here to help check back in.
In the first session I gain understanding of your life situation and your personal desires for goals, and collaborate with you on how to get to those goals.
