Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and my Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University. I have over ten years of experience in various settings, including emergency services, inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization program, and intensive outpatient programming. I have a particular interest in: Depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, along with PTSD, I put a priority on involving holistic care along with medication management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have expert knowledge and experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various mental health disorders. My approach is to tailor treatment plans based on who you are, considering the impact of biological, environmental, and social factors. During your appointment, I am dedicated to listening and asking questions to build a therapeutic relationship and address your needs for your specific goals in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe mental health care is NOT one size fits all. This is why I tailor care specific to each person, their life experiences, and provide genetic testing to achieve the best possible care. Due to this, we offer longer appointment times, access to speak directly to your provider when needed, and evening and weekend appointment availability. We want to eliminate barriers stopping you from taking the next step and gaining control in your mental health journey.
