Great to meet you!

You want to feel better. Less overwhelmed. More connected. Like yourself again. Hi, I’m Megan — a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping adults untangle emotional overload, anxious attachment, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and toxic family dynamics. My work is rooted in authenticity and deep emotional presence. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, recovering from burnout, or trying to rediscover joy and clarity in your life, I provide a space where you can exhale, explore your inner world, and build real tools to feel empowered again.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in guiding women (especially Gen X, millennial, and Gen Z clients) through the often invisible labor of being the “strong one.” Clients often come to me feeling exhausted, dysregulated, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to shift — and together, we explore what’s underneath the surface.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me, you can expect to gain valuable insights into your emotional patterns and behaviors, helping you break free from cycles that keep you feeling stuck. You’ll develop stronger emotional regulation, better boundaries, and more effective communication skills with yourself and others. You’ll also work on building a healthier relationship with yourself, fostering self-compassion, and adopting new strategies for approaching life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
