Great to meet you!

Feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want? Megan helps clients navigate anxiety/depression, overwhelm, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She creates a safe, supportive space to build self-understanding, boundaries, healthier communication, and deeper connection so you can move toward a life that feels authentic. My path into therapy has been shaped by experience across mental health settings, including community mental health, group and individual therapy, and work with people navigating life experiences. These experiences have strengthened my belief in people’s ability to understand themselves, grow, and make meaningful changes. I help clients explore patterns, emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges that may leave them anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what they need. My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, combining insight with tools to support healthier relationships, boundaries, and self-trust. I believe therapy begins with feeling understood and empowered to move forward with more clarity.

My approach to therapy

You don’t need the perfect words or a clear plan to begin therapy. Just show up as you are—I’ll meet you there. My approach is insight-based, warm, collaborative, and relational, with a focus on understanding the patterns beneath your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I integrate multiple therapy modalities to help you build emotional awareness, strengthen boundaries, communicate more effectively, and respond with greater intention. Together, we’ll connect past experiences to present patterns and develop practical skills for meaningful, lasting change. I value authenticity, honesty, and humor when they serve the work, and want therapy to feel like a space where you can be real, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect to gain valuable insights into your emotional patterns and behaviors, helping you break free from cycles that keep you feeling stuck. You’ll develop stronger emotional regulation, better boundaries, and more effective communication skills with yourself and others. You’ll also work on building a healthier relationship with yourself, fostering self-compassion, and adopting new strategies for approaching life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
