Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a mental health professional with 14 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them create meaningful, fulfilling lives.

I’m originally from South Jersey and now proudly call South Carolina home. Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom of three, and I love spending time with my family. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me running, enjoying time by the water, or exploring the mountains.

I believe mental health care is apart of our overall well-being and should feel supportive, genuine, and transparent. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward positive change.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to connecting with you! 💙

My approach to therapy

In therapy I use an approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It is a very common approach but I add my own solution focused themes and objectives. I also challenge you to go outside of your comfort zone to be successful.

What you can expect from me

After meeting for an initial intake, we will go over goals that we want for therapy and discuss how we would like to accomplish those goals. I create an environment that is supportive but also challenges you to change your mindset.
