Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe taking care of your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in your life. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, so if you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade and specialize in supporting adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and grounded in real life. In our work together, you set the pace, and we’ll focus on understanding the patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be affecting how you feel day to day. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and direct when it’s helpful. I utilize EMDR and CBT to help individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we start figuring out the best path forward together.
