Great to meet you!

I’m a warm and collaborative therapist who is passionate about creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I am an independently licensed counselor, providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults in Ohio and Massachusetts. My background includes work in residential eating disorder treatment, community mental health, and private practice, which allows me to support clients with diverse needs and experiences.

My approach to therapy

I tailor each session to the client’s goals, preferences, and needs which may vary day to day- there’s no right or wrong way for clients to show up. I specialize in trauma, attachment concerns, and anxiety, and have experience providing counseling for a wide range of mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients are new to therapy and are describe our sessions as feeling safe, empowering and non-judgmental. In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion—helping you better understand your patterns, build resilience, and feel more grounded, connected, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life.
