Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist in New York specializing in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders, including issues resulting from trauma. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and SPACE treatment.

I earned my Doctor of Psychology from St. John’s University and I have worked in clinical and school settings.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, goal-focused approach to therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we explore the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My style is warm and supportive, while also structured and active.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools and strategies they can apply in daily life. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, resilient, and capable of managing challenges with healthier ways of thinking and coping. I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
