Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in empowering clients to create new beliefs to actualize the life they are searching for. For whatever reason brings you to therapy, I am glad you're here. I have experience working in higher levels of care for tweens and adolescents as well as young adults experience anxiety, depression, and mood symptoms. In my free time I enjoy reading, live music, and spending time with friends.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It is important to come from a place of mutual trust, authenticity, and open communication. I will be there to support you as you navigate the stressors and obstacles life presents you.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. If this is your first time in therapy, we can discuss what goals and aspirations you have for yourself and how we can work together to make those changes happen! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
