Great to meet you!

Welcome! I understand that starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a mental health counselor, I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly heard and supported. If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles, you don’t have to go through it alone. I help clients work through old patterns, heal attachment wounds, and build confidence with practical tools and mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in art therapy, attachment theory, person-centered, feminist theory, CBT, and is enriched by mindfulness-based practices. This means I meet you where you are, offering a space that is warm, inclusive, and tailored to your unique experience. I believe healing doesn't always have to feel heavy, so I often use humor when it feels right.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a time for us to get to know each other. I'll ask you about your therapy needs at this time and what you're hoping to get from this experience. I like to think of the first session as the beginning of our adventure together.
