Great to meet you!

I am a lifelong learner who thrives on exploring new places and connecting with new people. When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me outdoors enjoying quality time with my family and my dog.

The journey into and through adulthood is rarely a straight line. My education in psychology, education, and marriage and family therapy has deepened my holistic and relational perspective to working with clients. Today, my practice mainly focuses on helping adults navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and establish healthy boundaries. I am dedicated to creating a warm, insightful space where you can untangle complex feelings and built a resilient foundation for the future.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative, active partnership, not a lecture. I aim to blend insightful, deeper exploration with practical, real-world tools. My goal is to help you get closer to your goals!

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, grounding space where we balance gentle accountability and unconditional support. Together, we will look at the bigger picture to understand why you may be feeling stuck, while equipping you with actionable strategies you need to manage anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and navigate life's transitions with confidence.
