Great to meet you!

I have a degree in counseling psychology from University of Wisconsin, Madison. I came to be a therapist after a career as an attorney, and have focused on working with professionals and students, as well as consulting with executives around the world on resilience and interpersonal communication in the workplace. I have also run a domestic violence intervention program, and am currently building my private practice to provide more individual therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have a background working with executives and high-stress professions, including lawyers, veternarians, and health care professionals. I have also worked extensively with men's issues, including interpersonal struggles, domestic violence, and masculinity. I also focus heavily on ADHD and how that impacts people's lives and work. I tend to work well with people who "don't like therapy."

What you can expect from me

My clients typically have goals of increasing satisfaction in their relationships, jobs, and feelings about themselves. We work together to recognize what increased satisfaction looks like, and build skills and comfort with feedback to facilitate those skills.
