Great to meet you!
You’re not just looking for a therapist. You’re looking for someone who truly understands people, growth, and change. That’s where I come in.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S) with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. With over 12 years of direct counseling experience and nearly three decades of working with individuals across schools, private practice, and outpatient settings, I bring both depth and versatility to the therapeutic process.
My work is grounded in connection. Whether I’m supporting children through play therapy, guiding adults through life transitions, or helping families navigate complex dynamics, I meet each client where they are with authenticity, respect, and intention.
I have extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with diverse learning and developmental needs. My approach is flexible and tailored, drawing from experiential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Aquatic Relational Experiential Therapy (ARET)TM, and person-centered therapy. This allows me to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Clients often tell me they feel both challenged and supported in our work together. That balance is intentional because growth happens when insight meets action and when you feel safe enough to explore both.
If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, or support your child’s emotional world, I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.
