Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Megan and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have been working in the field of counseling since 2019. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma. I have personal experience dealing with anxiety and OCD and want to help others manage and take control back over their lives.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person centered perspective in combination with a mixture of modalities. Mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and solution focused practices are just some to name few. I am trained in evidenced based practices like a trauma therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD & panic, and Somatic Therapy for various concerns. I have helped adults, teens, LGBTQIA community, and families.

What you can expect from me

I try to create a safe and formative environment for clients to explore and expand on their own personal strengths and sense of purpose. During our first session we will discuss what brings you in and develop goals that you have for our work together.
