Great to meet you!

Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Megan and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have clinical experience working in a wide variety of settings such as community mental health, hospitals, residential treatment and schools. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults who are struggling to manage anxiety, life changes, or stress.

My approach to therapy

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without judgment. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself while also developing practical strategies. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be holding you back while building tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will unpack what is bringing you to therapy at this time and will develop goals to help guide our work together. Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, burnt out, or simply looking for support during a challenging season of life, you do not have to navigate it alone. My hope is that therapy can become a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.
