Megan has more than a decade of experience in counseling and coaching, working primarily with neurodivergent clients and their families.
Megan uses a humanistic and affirming approach to therapy, striving to make sure that clients feel fully heard, understood, and empowered. She utilizes various theoretical approaches, based on client needs, such as CBT, motivational interviewing, Gestalt, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, while being careful to apply the most appropriate evidence based approaches.
During our sessions together, clients can expect to feel heard and empowered, as well as to be supported in developing personalized techniques for managing anxiety, emotional regulation, executive function, and/or social and relationship challenges.
