Great to meet you!

I’m someone who values honesty, depth, and real connection. I believe people are capable of incredible growth when they feel safe, seen, and supported—but I don’t believe in doing the work for someone. I’ll show up with curiosity, clarity, and care, and I’ll ask you to do the same.

My background is rooted in community mental health, education, and creative practices. I bring both structure and flexibility into the room, and I’m not afraid to sit with hard things. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and I honor the unique strengths and struggles each person carries. Therapy with me is direct, collaborative, and human. You’ll be met with compassion—but also with accountability.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, client-led approach grounded in neuroscience, creativity, and practical change. I draw from evidence-based models like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and neurofeedback, while also incorporating expressive tools like art, movement, and metaphor to help clients connect with themselves beyond words. I view symptoms as signals—not problems to silence, but invitations to understand. Therapy with me is structured when it needs to be, spacious when it matters, and always collaborative.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with new insight, language for their experiences, and tools they can apply right away. Whether it’s a shift in perspective, a strategy for navigating relationships, or simply feeling seen and steady—sessions are meant to be useful and restorative. Over time, clients often develop a stronger sense of self, increased regulation, and the clarity to make decisions aligned with their values.
