Great to meet you!

I’ve spent over 6 years learning to provide a place of peace and refuge for clients as they tell their stories, process wounds and discover their inherent strengths. I have walked with individuals and families as they have healed from relational trauma, abuse and the ravages of chronic health problems. Sometimes the path to healing is overgrown with past trauma and can feel convoluted and overwhelming. Let me come alongside you to find creative solutions to cutting a clear path to healing.

My approach to therapy

I understand how some parts of our experiences can't be expressed accurately through words and I will help you find your path utilizing a holistic lens. I specialize in art therapy, animal assisted therapy, play therapy and EMDR and I utilize many Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gottman methods.

What you can expect from me

I'll prioritize getting to know you and how you process information. Next we'll talk about your experience with therapy so far and identify expectations. If you don't have specific goals, that's okay, I'll support you defining your needs. I'll make sure that you feel confident, hopeful and that your questions are answered.

Please note that Ozzie the therapy dog is taking a break from being a part of sessions until October 2025 as we work on his training and building the therapy dog team.
