Great to meet you!

Therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you to be vulnerable in ways you may not have previously known. It can help instill hope for the future, make amends with the past, and bring forth a sense of acceptance & peace for the here-and-now. It opens the door to new perspectives, new ways of being, and ultimately becoming your authentic self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take on a holistic approach with my clients, emphasizing the mind-body-spirit connection. I believe awareness is the foundation for healing. Through a psychodynamic lens, I teach clients how to heal and consciously show up for themselves in a new way. Together we can unveil any physical, mental, and emotional patterns that may be keeping you from living a life of intention, compassion, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe therapy has the potential to transform you right down to your very core. This transformation may happen in different ways and will look different for each individual, but it will be uniquely yours.
