Great to meet you!

You feel stressed, overwhelmed and stuck. You want the negative thoughts and feelings to go away but don’t know how. This is a hard place, but it is possible to find yourself again. I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can explore and change these thoughts and habits that no longer serve you. I am here to give you the tools so you can feel empowered and thrive. You will gain insight into your own strengths, reconnect to the wisdom of your body and live more fully.

My approach to therapy

For over a decade, I have helped clients to transform their thoughts and feelings related to grief, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I use evidence-based therapies such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to calm and refocus the mind and body. Most clients report fewer negative thoughts, improved body awareness and healthier behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I will help you deepen your awareness of how your thoughts impact your body and your choices. I will offer a compassionate and sometimes humorous perspective to how hard it is to be human and change the very patterns that cause you pain. I offer proven practical tools, like breath work, reframing and challenging thoughts, and mindfulness exercises to help be with intense emotions. We'll do this together.
