Great to meet you!

I am a warm, curious, and non-judgmental therapist who works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand patterns, heal from past experiences, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel supportive and thoughtful, rather than being one-size-fits-all. I am an EMDR-trained therapist, but also draw from a range of different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own lived experience. I work alongside you to better understand patterns shaped by past experiences and support healing in a way that feels respectful and empowering.

I use a trauma-informed approach that pays close attention to how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the nervous system interact. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve processing past experiences, building insight, strengthening coping tools, and gently exploring patterns that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we can spend time getting to know one another and understanding what has brought you to therapy. At your pace, we can talk about what you’re hoping to work on, what life has been like for you recently, and any concerns or questions you may have about the therapy process.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, and understood with clarity about what working together could look like. I welcome questions and feedback and look forward to working with you!
