Great to meet you!

If you're navigating the emotional weight of new motherhood, sitting with grief that doesn't seem to lift, or feeling more anxious or disconnected than you know how to explain — you're in the right place. I'm Megan, an LCSW with 8 years of experience helping women and families through life's hardest transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and completely client-led. No agenda, no pressure — just space to figure out what you actually need.

My approach to therapy

I am a very relaxed, client-focused LCSW with over a decade in social work. I draw on CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic approaches — but what that actually looks like is us working together at your pace, on what matters most to you. You'll never feel pushed or judged. Most clients tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter and clearer than when they came in.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is low-pressure — think of it as a conversation where we both get to see how it feels. I'll ask about what's been going on, what you're hoping for, and what's felt hard to talk about before. By the end, we'll have a rough roadmap and you'll know whether this feels like the right fit. There's no commitment required.
