Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Megan Jones, an LPC with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and depression, providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals.

With three years of experience, I take an eclectic approach, primarily using client-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with stress, processing past experiences, or working toward personal growth, I’m here to support you with practical tools and deeper self-understanding.

I currently offer virtual sessions but hope to provide in-person sessions soon. Through Headway, I make therapy more accessible and affordable by working with your insurance.

Let’s get started—schedule an appointment today!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My approach is eclectic, meaning I tailor sessions to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I primarily draw from client-centered therapy, creating a warm and supportive space where you feel heard and valued, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. My goal is to provide both practical tools and deeper self-awareness so you can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where your experiences and emotions are valued. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, practical coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether we’re working through difficult emotions, identifying thought patterns, or building resilience, my focus is on helping you feel empowered and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
