Great to meet you!

I am a Licenses Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents and families. My background includes working in schools, community mental health and telehealth settings, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship concerns, life transitions, and family challenges.

I have a special passion for working with children ages 5 and up, helping them build confidence, develop coping skills, and better understand their emotions. I also enjoy working with women facing anxiety, parenting stress, postpartum concerns, and relationship issues. My goal is to create a supportive nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard , understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and strengths-based. I believe that every person has unique strengths and resilience, even during difficult times. I work alongside clients to identify what is getting in the way of their goals and develop practical tools to help them move forward.

I often incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. With children, I use developmentally appropriate approaches that may include play, creativity, and skill-building activities to make therapy engaging and effective.

Above all, I strive to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your strengths and what you hope to achieve through our work together.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and supported. We will work together to develop goals and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
