Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am Dr. Megan Klansky, a Psychiatrist with 12 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of mental health concerns. I take a whole-person approach to care, looking at how therapy, sleep, nutrition, and medication can work together to help you feel better. I work best with clients who are motivated, curious, and ready to invest in their healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe treatment should feel collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you. My work often includes medication management and individual therapy, with a focus on concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD. Because my practice is fully remote, I provide telehealth care only and do not prescribe controlled substances.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we get to know you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. We will talk through what has been bringing you in, what you have already tried, and what kinds of support feel most helpful for this season of your life. Together, we will begin building a plan that feels practical, personalized, and grounded in your goals.

If you are looking for a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, I would love to connect with you.
