Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. Reaching out for care can take effort, and I commend you for taking this step. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults. I work with individuals across a wide range of concerns and take a thoughtful, individualized approach, striving to create a space that is supportive of all identities and lifestyles.

My approach to therapy

I’m interested in understanding not just your symptoms, but the full context of your life—your experiences, stressors, and strengths—so that treatment feels relevant and meaningful to you. I incorporate medication management when appropriate, using an evidence-based approach while also reflecting your preferences and goals. I strive to provide care that is safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive. It’s important to me that you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being open in our work together.

What you can expect from me

During your initial visit, we will review your mental health history, current symptoms, and what you are hoping to address. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, with a focus on symptom relief, improved day-to-day functioning, and sustainable progress over time.
