Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I've always been curious about the human experience: what shapes us, what breaks us, and what helps us heal. Over the past 15 years, that curiosity has grown into a conviction that therapy can empower, heal, and change lives, including yours.

My specialty is grief and bereavement, but I work with individuals through all of life's transitions, whether that's loss, a major change, or simply a difficult period. I especially enjoy working with clients who are ready to examine what's beneath the surface. I see therapy as a journey inward, and you're the one driving it. My role is to help you recognize patterns and gain insight along the way.

My approach to therapy

I trained at a psychoanalytic institute, which deepened my grounding in depth psychology, psychodynamic and relational approaches. At the heart my approach is a simple belief: our past shapes our present, often in ways we don't fully see until we slow down and look.

Together, we make sense of patterns, name what's beneath the surface, and build insight you can carry forward. Healing isn't about erasing the past. It's about understanding it well enough that it no longer runs the show.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on me getting to know you. Starting therapy can feel scary, so my priority is to create a space that feels warm and comfortable. From there, we work together to establish your goals and identify what's blocking you from reaching them, exploring your thoughts and feelings without rushing toward a fix. If you're looking for a therapist, I'm glad you found this page. Let's talk.
