Great to meet you!

I’m warm, honest, and down to earth. I don’t believe therapy has to feel clinical or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out.

Many of the people I work with are used to being the responsible one or the strong one for everyone else. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to carry that role for a while.

I value curiosity, compassion, and real conversation. You don’t need the perfect words to start.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky with a background in clinical mental health counseling and several years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach integrates nervous-system awareness, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I I believe lasting change happens when we understand both the mind and the body. Many of the people I work with are insightful and self-aware but still feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, burnout, tension, or emotional exhaustion.

My approach focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system. Together we notice the patterns that keep showing up, understand where they came from, and begin shifting them in ways that feel supportive and realistic.

My work is trauma-informed and integrates nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and insight-based therapy to help clients build greater self-understanding and emotional flexibility. This process isn’t about forcing change or “fixing” you. It’s about helping your system feel safer, calmer, and more able to move through life with clarity and ease!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative. We’ll focus on what feels most important to you right now and begin noticing patterns in how you respond to stress, emotions, and relationships.

You won’t be rushed or pushed to fix anything right away. The first session is simply a space to slow down, talk through what’s been weighing on you, and start understanding yourself more clearly.

I may ask thoughtful questions, help you connect some patterns, and offer reflections or tools that support what you’re going through. From there, we’ll begin shaping a path forward that feels realistic and supportive for you.
