Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Megan. I help new and expectant parents embrace their unique parenting journey. I know firsthand that there is no job more challenging—or more sacred—than that of a parent. As parents we often feel guilt, disappointment, grief, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, or self doubt. Albeit painful, these emotions can be powerful catalysts for healing and growth. I help parents shift out of fear based emotions and into love so that they can be more joyful and fully present.

My approach to therapy

I aim to show up as authentically as possible in session so that you can do the same. I am endlessly patient and understanding because as a mama of four, I get it. At times we will laugh or cry, sometimes we might curse, other times we might just sit together in a moment of silence. My job is to create a space that is both loving and nonjudgmental so that you feel safe enough to show up as your raw, real self. Only then can true healing and growth take place.

What you can expect from me

I hope to help you learn how to first nurture and love yourself, so that you can show up as your best self to love and nurture your children. I look forward to helping you gain new insights, heal past wounds, learn new tools, and more fully embrace your unique parenting journey. Visit my website to learn more: meganlanese.com
