Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm glad you're here. I am a licensed and board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, with a long standing history of providing mental health care to both children and adolescents. I am passionate about treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, sleep struggles and substance use.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every child has a unique story. My goal is to provide a safe and inviting environment where parents and children feel heard and supported. I work to understand the big feelings and confusing thoughts that children struggle to manage.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a meet and greet, discuss current concerns/symptoms and together will develop a plan of care that is appropriate for your family and situation.
