Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults and teens ages 13 and older. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and hope as we work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, while also incorporating creative interventions, such as art therapy. Together, we will identify goals and develop tools that support healing, growth, and greater emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the experience. There is no pressure to share everything at once—you can move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

We may talk about your current concerns, important life experiences, and what support has looked like for you in the past, creating a collaborative plan together.
