Great to meet you!

I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Marylhurst University in Oregon. My experience spans from being a special education high school art teacher to working in correctional and acute inpatient psychiatric settings before working in outpatient therapy. While art therapy is my passion, I work collaboratively with clients to find the best methods to support them.

My approach to therapy

Are you someone who replays conversations in your head, worrying about how you came across? Or maybe you spend a lot of time imagining how future situations might unfold. If this sounds familiar, you might be feeling stuck in a cycle of overthinking and anxiety that leaves you drained or disconnected from the present.

Together, we can work on practical tools to quiet the mental noise, build tolerance for uncertainty, and help you feel more grounded and engaged in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll get to know you and what brings you to therapy. I welcome any questions you have for me to help determine if we're a good fit to work together. We will collaborate to establish goals and aims for therapy.
